چکیده
Nimonic 75 and Inconel 600 alloys are the Nickel-based superalloys which used in manufacturing gas turbine components. In current research, a superalloy Ni-based sheet were used, joint by resistant spot welded (RSW) machine at currents of 2, 4, 6 kA, pressure 5 7 bar, times 0.6, 0.9 1.2. Non- destructive inception methods light scanning electron method (SEM) optic microscope (LOM) to evaluate joints' quality. Shear micro-hardness test was check mechanical properties joint. The findings indicate that most appropriate welding connection inhomogeneous points 4 kA holding time second electrode force 7bar. analysis microstructure consisted 3 zones affected heat base metal. warm corrosion results °C 800 hours confirmed existence chromium oxide layer on surface superalloy, has main role protecting piece output temperature.

Space-eecient Hot Spot Estimation Space-eecient Hot Spot Estimation
This paper is concerned with the problem of identifying names which occur frequently in an ordered list of names. Such names are called hot spots. Hot spots can be identiied easily by counting the occurrences of each name and then selecting those with large counts. However, this simple solution requires space proportional to the number of names that occur in the list. In this paper, we present ...
متن کاملInvestigation and characterization of single hot spot laser-plasma interactions
Control of parametric laser-plasma interactions (LPI) is essential to the success of inertial confinement fusion (ICF). Through a research collaboration with the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), we have had the opportunity to participate in world-class laser-plasma experiments. The goal of these experiments was to gain a fundamental understanding of LPI by studying the interaction of a si...
متن کاملHot Corrosion in Gas Turbines
DURING COMBUSTION in the gas turbine, sulfur from the fuel reacts with sodium chloride from ingested air at elevated temperatures to form sodium sulfate. The sodium sulfate then deposits on the hot-section components, such as nozzle guide vanes and rotor blades, resulting in accelerated oxidation (or sulfidation) attack. This is commonly referred to as “hot corrosion.” Sulfur in the fuel is gen...
متن کاملA Hot Spot in Coma
We study the temperature structure of the central part (r ≤ 18≃ 0.7h 50 Mpc) of the Coma cluster of galaxies using ASCA data. Two different analysis methods produce results in good agreement with each other and reveal the presence of interesting structures in the gas temperature distribution. Globally, the average temperature in the center of the cluster is 9.0±0.6 keV in good agreement with pr...
متن کاملHot Deformation Behavior of Haynes 25 by the Hot Tensile Test
In the present work, hot tensile behavior of Haynes 25 Co-base alloy was investigated in the temperature range of 950-1200 ˚C and 0.1 s-1. Thermodynamic calculations showed that M23C6 and M6C carbides were stable below 1000 ˚C and above 1050 ˚C, respectively. Stress-strain curves also indicated an unusual trend of strain fracture. It was observed that with increasing temperature from 950 to 105...
